Crisalide ships from Athens, Greece across Europe and worldwide via ELTA — Hellenic Post, the Greek national postal service.

Processing Times
Every Crisalide jewel is handmade. Processing time before shipping is 3–5 business days from payment confirmation.
For bespoke pieces, production time ranges from 3 to 10 weeks depending on the complexity of the project — a precise estimate will be provided during the quote process.

Free Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over €200, regardless of destination.
Delivery Times
- Express shipping (Priority A') — 3–7 business days within Europe
- Economy shipping — 2–4 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance times for non-EU countries. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs authorities.
Tracking
Express shipping (Priority A') includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel online. You will receive the tracking code by email as soon as the parcel is handed over to ELTA.
Economy shipping does not include tracking. If you would like to monitor your shipment, we recommend choosing the Priority A' option.
Non-EU Countries — Duties and Customs
For shipments outside the European Union (including the UK), any customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Crisalide is not liable for these costs or for delays related to customs clearance.
Undelivered Orders
If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel and it is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
