Before proceeding, make sure you are in the conditions provided for by our Return Policy: the product must be worn, in the same condition in which you received it and in the original intact packaging.

The request must be sent within 14 days of the delivery date. Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. We recommend that you use a tracked service.

Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects.
